Finally BACK

Sorry that I have been MIA from the blog as of late! We had some CrAzY stuff going on here! Last week Elyse and Kayne were both not feeling REAL well, but over the weekend Kayne seemed to take a turn downwards. He started Friday with fevers that would come and go--but when they came were like OVER 102 degrees. I finally decided that it was time to go to the Urgent Care center when on Monday afternoon, after leaving Kayne with my Grandma for an hour, his temperature was at 103.9! He was diagnosed with pharyngitis which is an infection of the tonsils, sinuses and ears caused by a virus.

The next day, Elyse was up at 3 AM--vomiting all over the place until 9 am, when the Urgent Care opened (our normal Dr. didn't have any openings) and we headed down there. I was treated for the same thing that Kayne had, and Elyse was given a shot of phenergan for her extreme nausea. I thought that we were done and that we would be feeling much better, but later on that evening it seemed that the plague had hit our home. I even had to call my mom over to help with the baby (he was WIDE awake--and I was puking constantly). Two days later we were crawling out from under the FLU rock....

Whew! Glad that's OVER! So here are a few pictures of the kids that Jules took tonight with her NEW camera!! We have some CUTIES!!

PLEASE don't give up on me... or this blog! I couldn't even MOVE while the flu had ahold of me, and it took a few days to come back to life! I promise that I will not abandon it again--as long as you guys keep checking up on it. I will update again within the next few days, so keep checking back!
